Is an artwork/experiment made with the use of relief printing, where a solid ground of carborundum composed from iron powder leaves its traces on the paper surface. This created a repeling surface for the Arabic newspaper, resisting the act of reprinting it and therefore to read it.
The work is made as a reflection on the position of art in places where struggles are always confronted, creating walls and obstacles.
The sentence ‘My work is universal’ is used here to cut any association, readings relating the work to the condition of the resisting ground.
